英国有个工党议员叫 Dennis Skinner。有一次在议会辩论问题时，他说，"对面坐着的议员们一半人是骗子"！
议长逼着Dennis Skinner 收回刚才的话。于是，他回答，"对面坐着的议员们一半人不是骗子"！
During one recent exchange in those distant debating halls, he quipped,
'50% of those on the benches opposite are crooks'
When asked by the Speaker to withdraw his remark, he replied
'OK. 50% of those on the benches opposite aren't crooks'
