Its net profit surged 30% last year (on sales growth of 50%). The company's announced growth target is 30% in 2015. Despite its rapid growth, it has stayed in a net cash position. It has paid special dividends two years in a row. It needs a high-calibre professional for the capital markets, and investor relations. You will be expected to participate in the company's M&A activities from time to time. You may choose to be based in Hong Kong or Wuxi.
